Customisation
What decoration methods do you offer?
Dye sublimation, embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer (including names and numbers), woven badges and patches. The manufacturing page compares them.
What artwork files should I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) are best. High-resolution PNG or JPG also work. If you only have a low-resolution logo, send it anyway — we can redraw it for approval.
Can every player have their own name and number?
Yes. Send a spreadsheet with name, number and size for each player. We check it against your quantities before production and again at final inspection.
Can you match our club colours exactly?
Send Pantone references where you can. Sublimated designs are printed to your references; solid-dyed fabrics are matched to the closest library colour or dyed to your reference on larger orders. You approve colour on the sample.
Fabrics
Which fabric should I choose for match kits?
For most outdoor team sports a 130–160 GSM polyester interlock or bird's-eye mesh is the right balance of weight, breathability and print quality. Rugby needs a heavier knit; basketball suits open mesh. Read how to choose fabric for teamwear.
Do you offer recycled fabrics?
Yes, recycled polyester is available on most knit fabrics. See recycled polyester interlock. If you need documentation of recycled content for your market, ask before ordering.
What does GSM mean?
Grams per square metre — the weight of the fabric. Higher GSM usually means a thicker, warmer and more durable fabric; lower GSM is lighter and cooler. Full explanation.
Ordering
How do I get a price for my order?
Send a quote request with the products, rough quantities, how you want them branded and where they are going. It takes about three minutes. You get an RFQ number immediately and a quotation from our sales team, usually within one business day.
What information do you need to quote accurately?
The product type, quantity per design, fabric preference (or ask us to recommend one), decoration method, any labels or packaging you need, and the delivery country. Logos and reference images help a lot. If you are not sure about something, leave it blank — we will ask.
Can I order several different products in one request?
Yes. Add every product you need to one quote request — for example shirts, shorts, socks and tracksuits — or use Add to quote list on product pages and send them together.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can request a quote without one. An account lets you approve quotations online, follow production, download invoices and packing lists, and reorder previous products with the same specification.
Pricing & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on the product. Sublimated teamwear starts at 10 pieces per design, with sizes mixed freely. Cut-and-sew lifestyle products, such as hoodies and joggers, usually start at 50 pieces per style per colour. Each product page lists its MOQ. Our guide Understanding sportswear MOQ explains why minimums exist.
Are the prices on product pages final?
No. They are estimated factory ranges per piece to help you budget. Your final price depends on quantity, fabric, construction, decoration, labels, packaging and shipping, and is confirmed in your quotation.
Why does the price per piece drop with quantity?
Every order has fixed costs: pattern work, print setup, sampling, cutting set-up and inspection. Spreading those over more pieces lowers the cost of each one. That is why the price bands on each product get cheaper as quantities rise.
Can I mix sizes within the minimum?
Yes. For teamwear the minimum is per design, and you can split it across any sizes — youth to adult, men's and women's fits.
Private label
Will your name appear on my products?
No. Private-label products carry your labels, tags and packaging only.
Can you help develop a product from a reference garment?
Yes. Send the reference or photos with notes on what you want to change — fabric weight, fit, details — and we will develop it into a sample.
Do I need a tech pack?
It helps but is not required. A tech pack makes quoting and sampling faster and more accurate. Without one, we build the specification with you during development. See OEM vs private label.
Will you sign an NDA?
If you need a signed NDA before sharing designs, ask us and we will arrange it.
Production
How long does production take?
Typical bulk production is 3–5 weeks after sample approval, plus shipping. Large orders, complex products and busy seasons can take longer. The quotation gives a date for your specific order.
Can you meet a deadline for a tournament or season start?
Often, yes — tell us the date you need the goods in hand, not the ship date, when you request a quote. We will tell you honestly whether it is achievable and what would make it possible (for example, skipping a physical sample in favour of photo approval).
How do you check quality?
Fabric, colour, measurements, stitching, printing, embroidery, logo placement, the finished garment and packing are all checked against your approved sample. See quality control for details.
Can I reorder the same product later?
Yes. Your specification — fabric, colours, artwork, labels, packaging and sizes — is saved with the order. From your account, click Reorder this product, change the quantity and send.
Samples
Can I get a sample before ordering in bulk?
Yes. We make a pre-production sample in your fabric and design so you can check fit, colour and branding. Typical sample time is 7–12 working days. The cost of the sample is listed in your quotation.
What happens if the sample is not right?
Tell us what needs to change — fit, colour, logo size, fabric — and we revise it. Bulk production only starts once you approve the sample.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Orders are shipped by express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight or sea freight, depending on size and urgency. Shipping is quoted separately.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
Duties and taxes depend on your country and the shipping terms in your quotation. With most courier shipments the receiver pays import charges on delivery unless the quotation says otherwise. Ask us if you need delivered-duty-paid shipping.
How will I know where my order is?
Tracking numbers are added to your order as soon as it ships, and you get an email with the carrier and tracking link.
