Send your squad list as a spreadsheet with each player's name, number and size. We check it against your order quantities before production, print or press each shirt, and verify names and numbers again during final inspection.
On request, kits are packed per player — shirt, shorts and socks in one labelled bag — so handing them out takes minutes. Sizes can be mixed within one design, and top-up orders for new players can be made later from the same specification. Read how many kits to order before you finalise quantities.

Can I mix sizes within the minimum?
Yes. For teamwear the minimum is per design, and you can split it across any sizes — youth to adult, men's and women's fits.
What artwork files should I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) are best. High-resolution PNG or JPG also work. If you only have a low-resolution logo, send it anyway — we can redraw it for approval.
Can every player have their own name and number?
Yes. Send a spreadsheet with name, number and size for each player. We check it against your quantities before production and again at final inspection.
