A cycling jersey is one of the most technical garments a club can order. It is worn in a riding position for hours, carries food and spares in the back pockets, and has to stay put at speed. Getting the cut right matters as much as the design.
The jersey
Our custom cycling jersey includes:
- a full-length zip for ventilation on climbs;
- three rear pockets, with an optional zipped valuables pocket;
- a longer back panel so the jersey does not ride up in the riding position;
- a silicone hem gripper to hold it in place;
- stretch performance fabric, fully sublimated with your club design.
Club fit or race fit
- Club fit is more relaxed through the body — comfortable for social rides and members of all shapes.
- Race fit is close to the body with less fabric to flap in the wind — preferred by racing members.
Many clubs order both in the same design.
Beyond the jersey
Base layers for cooler days and casual club wear — tees, hoodies and caps for café stops and club events — complete the range. Ask us about other cycling items you need; we will tell you honestly what we can make.
Ordering for a club
Club orders usually have many sizes and two fits. A size set lets members try before ordering. Send your design and member numbers via the quote form, or sketch it in the kit builder.
