Using this website

Information on this website, including product descriptions, fabric data and estimated price ranges, is provided to help you plan a project. It is not an offer to sell at a particular price.

Estimated prices

Price ranges shown on product pages are estimates for budgeting only. Your final price is set out in a written quotation based on your specification — quantity, fabric, construction, decoration, labels, packaging and delivery.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Prices are based on the specification listed; changes to that specification may change the price and delivery date.

Orders and samples

An order is confirmed when you approve the quotation and we confirm it in writing. Where a pre-production sample is made, bulk production starts after you approve it. The approved sample is the standard for the order.

Artwork and intellectual property

You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, designs and names you send us. Designs you supply remain yours and are used only for your orders.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your quotation or proforma invoice.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates based on the agreed timeline. Shipping method, costs, and responsibility for import duties and taxes are set out in your quotation.

Quality and claims

Please inspect your goods on arrival and report any problem with photos within the period stated on your order documents, so we can investigate and put it right.
