Organizers
Tournament & Event Apparel
Team kits, referee and volunteer shirts, finisher tees, staff jackets and merchandise for tournaments, leagues and sporting events — planned backwards from your event date.
- Planning
- From your event date
- Range
- Teams, staff, volunteers, fans
- Packing
- Per team or per role
- Delivery
- Express or freight
Event apparel has one non-negotiable requirement: it must arrive before the event. A tournament cannot move its date because the volunteer shirts are late. We plan event orders backwards from the day you need them in hand.
What organizers typically order
| Group | Products |
|---|---|
| Teams | Matching kits for every team, each in its own colour |
| Officials | Referee shirts and shorts in a contrasting colour |
| Volunteers & crew | Bright tees or polos with "Staff" or "Volunteer" on the back |
| Participants | Finisher tees, event shirts |
| VIPs & sponsors | Polos, jackets, caps |
| Fans | Merchandise — tees, hoodies, caps, bags |
Leagues with many teams
Leagues often supply kits to every member team. One template design in a different colour for each team keeps production efficient while giving every team its own identity. Kits are packed and labelled per team.
Planning the timeline
Tell us the event date, the delivery address and the number of people in each group as early as possible. We will confirm a schedule that includes design approval, sampling (or photo approval if time is tight), production and shipping. Read our FAQ on deadlines for what is realistic.
Sizing large groups
For volunteers and participants, where individual sizes are unknown, we can suggest a standard size split based on your audience. For teams, we work from each team's list.
Sponsors
Event sponsors often have strict logo rules. Send their brand guidelines with your artwork, and we will place logos accordingly and show you on the mock-up before production.

FAQ
Common questions.
Can you meet a deadline for a tournament or season start?
Often, yes — tell us the date you need the goods in hand, not the ship date, when you request a quote. We will tell you honestly whether it is achievable and what would make it possible (for example, skipping a physical sample in favour of photo approval).
