- Samples
- 7–12 working days
- Production
- 3–5 weeks after sample approval
"Custom" means different things to different buyers. For a football club it means their colours, crest and sponsor. For a startup brand it means a hoodie developed from a reference garment. For an established label it means production to an exact tech pack. We work at all three levels.
Three ways to work with us
Customise an existing product. Choose from our catalogue, then specify fabric, colours, decoration, labels and packaging. The fastest route for clubs and many brands.
Develop a new product. Send a sketch, a reference garment or photos with notes. We develop the pattern, choose the fabric with you and make samples until it is right. This is how most private label products start.
Produce to your tech pack. Send a full specification and we source, sample and produce exactly that. See OEM manufacturing.

How a project runs
Brief → quotation → development and sampling → approval → production → quality control → delivery → repeat orders. You can follow each stage in your customer account, and reorder the same specification later in a few clicks.
Why work directly with a manufacturer
Speaking directly to the team that plans and produces your order means fewer misunderstandings, faster answers and specifications that stay consistent from one order to the next. Read how to choose a sportswear manufacturer for what to look for.
