About this fabric
Compression garments need two things from a fabric: enough elastane to apply even pressure, and enough recovery to keep doing it after dozens of washes. A nylon-elastane warp knit at around 220 GSM does both, and it is opaque enough for leggings — always worth testing in a squat before approving a sample.
Nylon feels smoother and cooler than polyester against skin but does not take sublimation in the same way, so compression products are usually solid-dyed and branded with heat transfers, silicone prints or reflective logos.

Care
- Wash at 30°C inside out with similar colours
- Do not bleach or use fabric softener — it blocks moisture wicking
- Do not tumble dry on high heat; line dry
- Do not iron over prints or transfers
