Sample Before Bulk Production

At Arvion Apparel, we believe that proper sample development is one of the most important steps in delivering premium-quality apparel. Before moving into bulk production, our team carefully prepares product samples to ensure every detail matches the customer’s expectations and production requirements. The process begins with a complete review of the artwork, product specifications, sizing charts, logos, colors, fabrics, trims, and customization details provided by the customer. Our development team then creates accurate patterns and measurements to ensure the correct fit, comfort, and overall garment structure before production starts. Once the sample is prepared, customers are able to review the overall design, printing, embroidery, stitching quality, fabric selection, and finishing details. If any changes or adjustments are required, our team works closely with the customer to make revisions and improvements until the sample meets final approval. This approval process helps avoid production errors, ensures consistency during bulk manufacturing, and gives customers complete confidence before placing larger quantity orders. Only after receiving final sample approval does our production department proceed with bulk manufacturing to maintain the highest quality standards throughout the entire order process.
